Ramesh Shastry, Founder of Magnatech, has over 20+ years of Magnetics Designing, Manufacturing, Customer Development and Marketing experience. He started MagnaTech in 1996 and has donned the CEO’s role till date.

Before starting Magnatech, Ramesh worked with HICAL Magnetics as a Design Engineer in Bangalore for 3 years.

Ramesh has deep technical expertise in the Electronics and Electrical product development areas and has hands-on experience of more than 20 years. He has played a key role in designing Current Transformers, Reactors, 3 Phase Line Chokes and other Special Transformers for various Electrical / Electronics applications.

As a CEO, his main focus has been to develop new customer base and at the same time develop new products to meet the demands of newer and emerging technologies. Ramesh   has   continuously   driven   initiatives   covering technology advancement‚ strategic partnerships, and market development, with the goal to strengthen MagnaTech by adopting low-cost‚ high-efficiency pricing techniques.

A with visionary with strategic planning expertise, Ramesh maintains special focus on leading, directing, advancing, and evaluating rapid reaction business demands from customers. Ramesh has transformed the company into an international services provider. He motivates the team and team building is one of his core competencies. Throughout his career, Ramesh has focused on quality service delivery and remained dedicated to the satisfaction of each customer and the communities they serve.
