


Before starting MagnaTech, Ramesh worked with HICAL Magnetics as a Design Engineer in Bangalore for 3 years. During his tenure, he was actively involved in the design and development of high-reliability magnetic components for mission-critical applications. This experience not only honed his core technical skills but also gave him valuable exposure to global quality standards, lean manufacturing practices, and cross-functional teamwork in a competitive industry setting.
Driven by a passion for innovation and a desire to build technology solutions that solve real-world problems, Ramesh laid the foundation for MagnaTech with a clear vision: to deliver efficient, reliable, and cost-effective electrical and electronic products that meet evolving industry demands. His early career at HICAL instilled in him a strong discipline for precision engineering and customer-focused design, principles that continue to guide MagnaTech’s product philosophy to this day.
Ramesh has deep technical expertise in the Electronics and Electrical product development areas and has hands-on experience of more than 20 years. He has played a key role in designing Current Transformers, Reactors, 3 Phase Line Chokes and other Special Transformers for various Electrical / Electronics applications.
As a CEO, his main focus has been to develop a new customer base and at the same time develop new products to meet the demands of newer and emerging technologies. Ramesh has continuously driven initiatives covering technology advancement, strategic partnerships, and market development, with the goal to strengthen MagnaTech by adopting low-cost, high-efficiency pricing techniques.
A visionary with strategic planning expertise, Ramesh maintains a special focus on leading, directing, advancing, and evaluating rapid reaction business demands from customers. Ramesh has transformed the company into an international services provider. He motivates the team, and team building is one of his core competencies. Throughout his career, Ramesh has focused on quality service delivery and remained dedicated to the satisfaction of each customer and the communities they serve.
In addition to his responsibilities at MagnaTech, he is an executive member of the Consortium of Electronic Industries of Karnataka (CLIK) and KASSIA.
